This Content Copyright Assignment or Transfer Agreement helps you secure the copyright (or a license) for any original media or material created by someone else. If you someone else created something (a photo, video, audio, text) -- you should assume they own all the rights to it (and you can't use it commerically in your business) unless you have something in writing otherwise.
